Keeping Class
Sizes Small

Studies show that when we keep class sizes small, we ensure better outcomes for students in Ontario. Let’s give them the public education system they deserve.

Keeping Class
Sizes Small

Why does it matter?

Ontario’s education workers and teachers have always stood up against increases to class sizes by the provincial government. The most vulnerable students are particularly hit hard when class sizes are increased, and we can't allow their needs to go unmet.

What our students need most right now is stability, and they get that with smaller class sizes, not noisy classrooms of 30 or more students. The decisions we make today will affect their future careers, growth and development.
